As you may have noticed Texas Premium has changed. We are not just a little Dallas company any longer. Our company has grown far beyond the state lines and now includes 6 states with two more states slowly coming onboard due to customer demand and loyalty. We have made a big change that must be noticeable by now. We have become Meridian Distribution. Our Oklahoma and Kansas customers are glad to lose the name “Texas”  Premium, although we proudly held to our roots for twenty four years. While we respect our history, we look to the future and we assure you we still have all of the same great people and the same quality service you’ve known and come to respect!

We hope you notice our other changes. We not only expand our service area, but we are constantly adding more “boots to the ground” in every market we service. We see ourselves as a sales organization that provides great service! We hope you see us as an old friend that is always there to take care of you. We earn your business the old fashioned way, we work hard for it!

It is with great excitement that we announce some new promotions to the Meridian management team. Pete Parisi has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development/ Operations and Gerald Sellers has become our Vice President of Sales. Both positions report to Tim Millson the President of Meridian and will cover all 6 states in the Meridian Distribution area.

Pete was part of the original Pro Snax team that eventually morphed into Texas Premium and is credited with much of what our company has become, holding a highly respected and passionate sales team together thru thick and thin and allowing Meridian to establish the roots and relationships that allowed us to grow into our current position as a market leader.

Gerald Sellers came to us from Hecht Distributing and pioneered the opening of our Houston branch and taught us to think big in the way we promote our business. Gerald leads our team of Chain Account Managers calling on all chain accounts in our region. Gerald has taught us the importance of  “invest marketing” as we work hard to secure the margins necessary to make our retail partners profitable while building brand loyalty unmatched by any company.

The combination of experience these men bring to the table make Meridian Distribution a company unlike any other. We call that bragging rights!
